Nigel is a director specialising in criminal litigation at our Vredenburg branch. He obtained his Baccalaureus Procurationis degree from the University of the Western Cape in 1995, followed by his LLB in 1996. Nigel was admitted as an attorney in 1997 and has been practising criminal law since then.

Niekie is a director specialising in conveyancing at both our Langebaan and Vredenburg branches. He completed his Baccalaureus Procurationis degree at the University of the Free State in 1995. Niekie was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer, and notary in 1998. With his extensive expertise, he actively practices in the field of conveyancing.

Theunis is a director specialising in litigation at both our Vredenburg and Langebaan branches. He obtained his Baccalaureus Procurationis degree from the University of the Free State in 1993. Theunis was admitted as an attorney in 1996 and gained valuable experience by completing his articles at a reputable law firm in Bloemfontein. Following that, he practised as an attorney at Maree Gouws Inc in Welkom, where he was promoted to director in 1999. From 2007 to October 2016, he served as the managing director of the firm.

In November 2016, Theunis joined our Vredenburg offices, bringing his expertise in civil and criminal litigation, including family law, Road Accident Fund claims, and disciplinary hearings at schools. He is a dedicated professional who diligently practices law at our Vredenburg and Langebaan branches.

Gareth is a director specialising in personal injury law. In addition to his specialisation, Gareth has also gained invaluable experience in general civil litigation which extends to commercial, insolvency and family law.

Gareth acquired his personal injury litigation experience during his articles of clerkship at DSC Attorneys, a renowned firm in this field. Following that, he worked as a professional assistant at Sohn and Wood Attorneys, another reputable firm specialising in personal injury cases. These experiences have contributed significantly to Gareth's proficiency in this area of law.

This well-rounded background enables him to handle a wide range of legal matters.

Gareth continues to practice at our Durbanville branch, where he dedicates his skills and expertise to providing excellent legal services.

Erica completed her Baccalaureus Procurationis at Potchefstroom University in 1996. She was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 1999. Erica is a qualified attorney, conveyancer, notary, and family law mediator with wide-ranging experience in commercial law, family law, property law, notarial practice and divorce mediation. She practises as a consultant at our Durbanville branch.

Janneke is a practising attorney and conveyancer at our Langebaan branch. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2015. Janneke's dedication and hard work led to her admission as an attorney in 2018 and as a conveyancer in 2020. With her legal qualifications and expertise, Janneke actively practices law, providing professional services to our clients.

Michelle is a highly qualified legal professional practising at our Durbanville branch. She completed her LLB degree at North-West University, Potchefstroom (NWU), as well as the Katholieke Universiteit van Leuven (KUL) in 2011, demonstrating her commitment to a well-rounded legal education.

During her articles, Michelle gained valuable experience at esteemed law firms, including Rob Green & Associates and Leon Frank & Partners. She was admitted as an attorney in 2014, followed by her admission as a conveyancer and notary public in 2015. Michelle continued to enhance her expertise at Greyvensteins Inc. in 2017 and later joined Hennie Oosthuizen Attorneys in 2022.

Since 2023, Michelle has been an integral part of our Durbanville branch, where she continues to provide exceptional legal services. Her extensive experience and dedication to her profession make her an asset to our team.

Andro successfully obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2016. To further his practical experience, he embarked on his articles of clerkship in the litigation department at our Vredenburg branch. Andro was admitted as an attorney in 2019 where he continued to specialise in litigation, effectively representing clients in legal disputes until 2022. At that point, his expertise expanded as he obtained admission as a conveyancer, enabling him to facilitate property transactions. Andro further enhanced his qualifications by becoming a notary in 2023.

Andro's comprehensive skill set and versatility make him an invaluable member of our team. He continues to provide dedicated legal services, combining his experience in litigation with his proficiency in conveyancing and notarial practice.
