During the month of August we unfortunately had to say good bye to Madeleyn Kruger who was one of our Directors based in the Durbanville branch. Madeleyn was head of our estates department, a conveyancer as well as a family law practitioner. Madeleyn and her husband will be moving to Pretoria and we bid them all the best of luck with their future endeavours. We trust they will make a big success wherever the road may lead them.
September sees the return of Brent Wicks who will attempt to fill the gap left by Madeleyn’s departure. Brent is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and will be employed in our Durbanville office as a civil litigator and administrator of deceased estates. Since his admission in June of 2010, he has practised predominantly as a civil litigation specialist in the High and Magistrate’s Courts and his main areas of expertise include divorce and family law, contractual disputes, motor vehicle accidents, evictions and the recovery of arrear rental, RAF claims, business rescue practice, debt collection as well as general civil procedure and litigation.
Henry Madeleyn will also be celebrating his birthday during September and do we wish him a very happy birthday and all of the best for the year to come.
